Beautifull villa Immersed in the countryside approximately 25 minutes from Rome and close to the sea. This lovely seventeenth century villa has a large garden designed by Russell Page, a swimming pool and a tennis court. A family chapel is also on the property. On the central floor, you can find an entrance hall a large living room with library, a veranda and a second dining room onto the garden. Always on the central level there is situated a master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom and one bedroom with two double beds and one bathroom.
On the upper level another double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, and on the ground floor one bedroom with double bed and bathroom giving onto the rose gardens ;t hen you can find two single bedrooms sharing one bathroom.
All of the furnishings are comfortable, screened windows, modern bathrooms. Large garden with areas for relaxing outdoors, swimming pool, tennis court.and a family chapel.
