In front of the sea, 20 minutes drive from Porto Santo Stefano. You'll enjoy a beautiful view of Giglio and Giannutri islands. The house has a private access to the sea, there are chairs to relax on the rocks. The outside garden is also provided with chairs, tables and amacas and deckchairs. There is parking. In the garden there is barbecue, oven for pizza. Almost all the rooms faces the sea and the garden. The living room has a fireplace and a dining area, with a loft/studio.
