CONVENTO DI SAN FRANCESCO
The convent is located 20 km. north of Rome, 5 minutes from the highway exit. The convent is surrounded by woods and stands on top of a hill and may be reached by an old street . From the convent the walks continue in the woods were there are few small chapels. The atmosphere is enchanting. The convent and the garden are surrounded by walls and the entrance is through a wooden gate. In the left and write there are the stables, than the house of the guardian, the garages, another house and the Convent main house which measures 700 mq and is in two floors. In the garden there is the swimming pool. Outside the walls there is the church owned by the Curia but managed by the owner of the convent. Inside the convent there is a cloister and many rooms and bedrooms. Lots of space everywhere. The view facing the woods, is sunny and opened. The highway may be seen only from the house of the guardian. The rest of the apartments face the woods or the garden.
The place is perfect for people that like to live close to Rome but in the same time enjoy the country side and the exceptional atmosphere of the convent. More spaces are: the stables, the house of the guardian and more house to restore.
