Description

The farmhouse “casale”, built with stones, is surrounded by a large garden (more than one hectare) bounded by a line of cypresses trees that make the space charming and suggestive. The large swimming pool is sourrounded by meadow.

The Casale is a two storey building. At the ground floor there is a room with kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and tableware) and living room with fireplace and sofas that seat six persons. From the living room you reach a small, bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

On the fist floor there are three bedrooms. The first one is a queen size bedroom with and en-suite powder room.From the window may be seen the sunset over the hills
The second room has twin beds and the third room overlooking the hill with the old convent of Montesanto and the town of Todi has a queen size bed
