On the basement floor entering on the left a small mini bar, a lounge, a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower, on the  right a small kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher, and a second room with twin beds with bathroom and shower. Always on the ground floor a separate entrance, a second bedroom with double bed and with small kitchen and bathroom with shower. Climbing 10 stairs, we arrive on the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with double bed with sea view and large cupboards, bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub. Taking the corridor on to the right two bedrooms with two single beds with a bathroom with shower and a third room with a single bed. Large living room with mini bar and large glass windows with sea view, spacious dining room with table and chairs. To the left, very modern kitchen fully equipped with large glass window and a view of the sea, continuing laundry-wardrobe with toilet. Exiting from the dining room are meeting on the second floor where there is a large terrace with a table for eating out, sofas and view over the argentario.In the garden of the villa there is a small house for household with two rooms, bathroom and kitchen. The Villa has a private path walk to the private access to the sea by crossing the main road, opening a gate and walking on a path of 100 m, on to the sea spot there is a terrace with a small house to put beach chairs and umbrellas.
