Casa di Monte Calvo sits on the estate of Monte Calvo atop one of the Umbrian hills, with a spectacular view  on the town of Todi and on the Temple of the Consolazione projected by Bramante in 1500. The medeaval town of Todi is only 8 Km. away.
 The farm house beautifully restored to modern convenience is sorrounded by  a small Chapel, and a ruined medieval tower There are paths to walk around and the farm include 30 Hectares, 66 Acres of land with olive grove, fruit orchards, oak woods and stunning fields of wheat and alfalfa. Close to the tower there is the swimming pool. Everywhere there is the touch of elegance and comfort.
The house has 5 bedroom, 4 full bathrooms and powder room. The living space includes approximately 340 m2, (3660 sq ft2) with spacious living rooms for the group to enjoy sharing the days activities. The large and comfortable kitchen with French doors opens to the courtyard with table for 10, large umbrella, charcoal grill and pots of flowers and herbs. One bedroom is located in the ground floor to be used from  persons that prefer not to use stairs. The other bedrooms are on the second floor.
The house keeper is available 4 hours, 5 days a week and this is included in rent. She is available to cook evening meals at 15€ an hour.
