Description
18 minutes ride from Porto Santo Stefano. Beautiful view on Giglio and Giannutri Islands.
The house has a private access to the sea, but there is also a second street to reach the sea that is used by visitors. The villa is formed of 3 apartments, although the privacy of the apartment for rent is complete. The view is superb on Isola Rossa, Giglio and Giannutri Island. The apartment is very sophisticated in a simple style that remembers Balinese style. The garden is peaceful surrounded of pines trees, the parking area is surrounded of olive groves.
The outside garden is also provided with chairs, tables and amaca.
There are two winter gardens where it is possible to seat or to eat.
The living room has three huge windows on the sea, is colourful, there is a stove a fireplace and many sofas.
The kitchen is conceived to live in and the outside winter garden is great for breakfast facing the view.
