Description
Built in the Classic Maremma style, Villa Poggio al Pero is in a panoramic position, surronded by a big garden and an olive groove of 300 trees. The Villa is located near Capalbio, in the heart of Maremma, which is the Southern part of Tuscany, Italy. The nearest small town / shopping center is 4 Mls. away, the nearest beach is 5 miles away.
The famous "Tarots' Garden" is only a few minutes away.The villa was built in 2005, it is new and well-refined. Is composed of: living room, ample-sized dining room, large furnished kitchen, 9 bedrooms 8 bathrooms.
All four bedrooms in the guest area have independent AC. Due to the typìcal breezy wheather, however, AC in Tuscany is rarely used at all. Central heating, partial AC, heated pool, 2 terraces, pergola, barbecue area, 1600 sq. ft. porch area, laundry area.
For rent: July (min for 2 weeks) and August (the entire month). The Villa can accomodate max 16 people but the villa can be arranged also for a smaller number of persons (you can rent only a portion of the villa).
