The house is situated on the hill of the lighthouse in Portofino. Having walked passed most of the promenade with shops and restaurants, one reaches a small gate and enters a marvelous garden. A nice walk up the garden- where a collection of elegant flowers and mediterranean plants grow, and are immaculately looked after,- takes you to the terrace. The outdoors area is charming and confortable, under a marvelous shed made out of a centenary vine, under which grows the softest lawn...The view over the port is enchanting, the sea breeze... You can enter the house through the sitting room or the entrance. Ground floor: TV room: an elegant sitting room completely covered with a 18c. Boiserie, main sitting room, large entrance, guest bathroom, dining room, kitchen. Elegant lavagna staircase goes up to the 1st floor: Masters’ bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, bea’s bedroom with double bed, bathroom to be shared with Master’s bedroom. Corridor heading to: Bedroom Lodo with 2 single beds, bathroom, bedroom Gregorio with 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom. Under the terrace there is another apartement, formed by a bedroom and a bathroom. The house has also available parking for 1 car.
