Margutta apartment  is located in the heart of the Historical Centre of Rome, close to Spanish Steps. The street was famous in the XIX century becouse of the artists that lived in the area.The apartment is located in a building that was dedicated to atelier d'artiste. The entrance of the building is full of plants and flowers creating a cheerful labyrinth of paths. The apartment is very bright thanks to a large glass window. The ceilings are high and the bedrooms are on the intermediate floors. The apartment is funished giving attention to details and has classic furniture and paintings. It is composed by a spacious living room with fireplace, sofas and a small dining table; little kitchen but completely equipped. A few stairs bring from the living room brings in the intermadiate floor were there is a bedroom and a bathroom.  From the living room a door bring to the studio with a large sofa, were a spiral staircase and brings to another bedroom with bathroom.
